Shirley Zhou graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Master’s Degree in Language Studies with Distinction. She also obtained Honor Graduate from Shenzhen University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. Shirley passed the Putonghua Proficiency Test held by the National Office of Professional Putonghua Committee with a A Level Certificate.
Cara Zhu graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master’s Degree in Bilingual Communications. She also holds a BA degree from Dalian University of Foreign Languages. She passed the Mandarin Proficiency Test held by the National Office of Professional Mandarin Committee with A Level Certificate. Cara received professional training in teaching Chinese as a second language in Hong Kong and US. Her lessons are tailored and focused to meet each student’s individual needs.
Winny Wen graduated from Shenzhen University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. She passed the Putonghua Proficiency Test held by the National Office of Professional Putonghua Committee with A level. She received professional training of teaching Mandarin Chinese for over four years.
Freya obtained her Master's Degree of Chinese Literature Language and Culture from Hong Kong Baptist University. She passed the Putonghua Proficiency Test with A Level Certificate. Before joining New Concept Mandarin, she worked as a mandarin teacher in Beijing for two years. She was in charge of not only general conversational courses, but also journalism reading and HSK courses. She was responsible for the enterprise language training, such as Mitsubishi, Mazars, Samsung, Asahi Shimbun, etc. Her teaching methods has successfully integrated students into language learning.
Amelia is orinially from Shanghai. She has been teaching Mandarin for over 6 years. Before joining New Concept Mandarin, she worked as a Mandarin teacher in Shanghai. Amelia got advanced teacher qualification of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from East China Normal University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from East China Normal University. She passed the National Putonghua Proficiency Test held by the National Office of Professional Putonghua Committee with a 2nd Grade A Level Certificate.
