Chinese Teacher Sherry Hu
Sherry has a BA from Shanghai Theatre Academy and a BA from East China Normal University in Shanghai. She also has a MA from Hong Kong Baptist University. Sherry used to teach Beijing opera and performing arts before she joined New Concept Mandarin.
Owing to her special language abilities, she can teach Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Sherry also has a very flexible teaching style. For business Chinese and general Chinese, she applies the Flipped Learning Approach. For Cantonese lessons, she applies more of an immersion approach For IB Chinese, she customizes the contents to meet the needs of each student to help them score highly in their exams. Sherry is a great choice to effectively learn both Mandarin and Cantonese.
